Since 2012, we’ve been quietly fixing what the travel industry gets wrong. Back when we were called MakeYouTravel, our founders, Ashutosh Dwivedi and Prachi Dwivedi, noticed a pattern: travellers were spending more time worrying than actually travelling.

The Minds Behind Utazzo
Ashutosh Dwivedi
Founder & CEOAshutoosh Dwivedi is the founder of Utazzo, a bootstrapped travel brand focused on making travel stress-free. Starting his journey in 2014 with MakeYouTravel, he has grown Utazzo into a trusted company serving thousands of travellers, backed by experience at Barclays and Standard Chartered.
An Electronics & Communication Engineer and MBA, Ashutoosh applies an engineer’s mindset to building Utazzo—simplify, build, optimise, repeat. His expertise spans sales, marketing, operations, and brand-building, and in the workplace he is known for his cheerful leadership style and for creating a positive, stress-free work environment.
Prachi (Sharma) Dwivedi
Co-Founder & Head of OperationsPrachi Dwivedi is the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Utazzo, bringing over 18 years of leadership experience in HR and Learning & Development. She has held senior roles, including Head of L&D at Lava Mobiles, where she led large-scale capability and leadership development initiatives.
At Utazzo, she oversees operations and HR, ensuring people, processes, and service quality scale together. A Computer Science Engineer with an MBA in Human Resources, Prachi combines systems thinking with people leadership to build strong teams and seamless, stress-free travel experiences.
