Once we receive your inquiry, your request is immediately assigned to a dedicated destination expert based on your travel location.

This expert becomes your single point of contact throughout the planning process.


STEP 2. UNDERSTANDING YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Your destination expert will first connect with you directly (usually on WhatsApp or call) to understand:

  • Your travel preferences

  • Purpose of travel

  • Budget expectations

  • Travel dates and flexibility

  • Special requirements (if any)

This step ensures we clearly understand what you are looking for before suggesting anything.


STEP 3. BUDGET ANALYSIS & BEST OPTIONS

Once your requirements are clear, our expert analyzes:

  • Best possible destinations or itineraries

  • Value-for-money travel options

  • Comfort vs budget balance

  • Customizations based on your needs

STEP 4. TRANSPARENT EXPERT CONNECT

While your package is being curated, you also get to know your assigned expert better.

  • Your expert shares their details via WhatsApp

  • You also receive official Utazzo details

  • This ensures you know exactly who is handling your trip

STEP 5. CUSTOMIZED PACKAGE SHARING

Based on your discussion, we share personalized travel packages that match your:

  • Budget

  • Preferences

  • Destination expectations

You can review, compare, and choose what suits you best.

STEP 6. MODIFICATIONS & FINALIZATION

If needed, you can request changes or modifications to your selected package.

  • Adjustments are made as per feasibility

  • Once finalized, a booking amount is required

  • This amount helps us secure your package, as prices may vary over time

Once the booking is confirmed, we lock your package at the agreed price.


STEP 7. QUALITY CHECK (QC) PROCESS

Before final confirmation, your booking goes through our Quality Control (QC) Team.

We ensure:

  • All inclusions and exclusions are clearly mentioned

  • Taxes and charges are transparent

  • No miscommunication or missing details

  • Your expectations are fully aligned with what is being delivered

This step ensures complete clarity and avoids last-minute surprises.


STEP 8. FINAL BOOKING CONFIRMATION (OPS TEAM)

After QC approval, our Operations (OPS) Team finalizes your booking.

At this stage:

  • Full payment is collected

  • All services are confirmed and secured

  • Your travel arrangements are officially locked


STEP 9. 24/7 TRAVEL SUPPORT

From your trip start to the final day, we provide:
